Mason Waste Disposal

Mason residents are responsible for the disposal of residential waste.   The town does not provide curbside pickup.  Household trash, cans, bottles, plastic containers, paper, cardboard, newsprint, household batteries and scrap metal can be disposed of at the Wilton Recycle Center at no cost.   Disposal of construction waste, tires, appliances, electronics and mixed refuse is subject to fees.  The fee schedule is available on the Wilton Recycling Center website.   While recycling is highly encouraged, use of the Wilton Recycling Center is not mandatory, and Mason residents may contract with a private waste disposal company if they choose to.
