Highway Department

Overview

The Mason Highway Department has several responsibilities to the townspeople of Mason. In the winter months the main focus of the Department is the plowing and sanding of town roads. As the seasons change we begin to grade roads, replace culverts, improve roadside drainage, patch holes and prepare roads for major paving projects.

The safety of the Department personnel is always of highest concern. Please drive slowly when you see the “Road Work Ahead” signs.
