NH Downloadable Books

Mason residents with library cards can borrow ebooks and audio books from their website: New Hampshire Downloadable Books. Download items to your computer, mobile device, Kindle, iPod, or other compatible device.

There are thousands of fiction and non-fiction titles for adults, including many teen and kid titles. New titles are added each month. Most have borrowing periods of 2 to 3 weeks.

Check it out! Over 150 libraries in the state are using this.

  • Website: New Hampshire Downloadable Books. Follow the instructions for first time users.
  • Required: Your library card number and the Mason Public Library’s prefix code. You must use them together to log on to the site in this format: [prefix]+[card number]. Call the Mason Public Library at 878-3867 or send an email for the Mason Public Library’s prefix code.
