The Hearing will begin at 7:30 pm by Members of Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Case 01-2024:

A variance is requested from Article V, Section B, 5 of the Town of Mason, New Hampshire Planning Ordinance. This variance will allow a garage to be built on the property shown as Tax Map H, Lot 21, Mason, NH without meeting the required 35’ side set back requirement.
