Request for Special Exception

Under the Authority of New Hampshire Law (RSA 674:33) the Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing regarding this request for a special exception. The Mason Zoning Board of Adjustment will be meeting on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at the Mann House 16 Darling Hill Rd. at 7:30 pm for the following:

Hearing #01-2022:   Application for the following at the property known as Tax Map J, Lot 60, Mason, NH owned by Marty’s Driving Range, LLC:

  1. A special exception pursuant to Article VIII. § A.2 to allow for Martin Ruggiero to build an additional parking Lot to accommodate 263 spaces measuring 9 X 18 feet each.
  2. Article VIII. § A.2.c permits “seasonal outdoor entertainment use (limited to three (3) or fewer events per week from Memorial Day Weekend to and including Columbus Day Weekend, ending no later than eleven (11) PM holidays and weekends and ten (10) PM on weekdays)”.

The applicant is: Nicole Ruggiero – Representing Marty’s Driving Range LLC, 96 Old Turnpike Rd. Mason, NH 03048

If the application is found complete the board will begin the public meeting on this matter.

If a decision is not reached the hearing will continue at a time certain without further notice. The application is available for review at the Board of Selectmen’s office 603-878-2070.
