The continuation of Case #03-2023 will begin at 7:00pm by Members of Zoning Board of Adjustments located at the Mann House, 16 Darling Hill Rd Mason, NH 03048.
The applicant is: Nicole Ruggiero – Marty’s Driving Range LLC, 96 Old Turnpike Rd Mason, NH 03048

Case #03-2023:
Application ( the “Application”) for either of the following at the property known as Tax Map J, Lot 56, Mason, NH (the “Property”) owned by Marty’s Driving Range, LLC (the “Applicant”):

1) a variance from Article V. § B. to allow for temporary tent structures to be used for human occupancy on a temporary basis (the “Variance”)
 OR
2) a special exception pursuant to Article VIII. § A.2 to allow for the same if deemed to constitute a Lodging House (the “Special Exception”)
