HEARING NOTICE

MASON BOARD OF SELECTMEN

          The Board of Selectmen will hold a hearing on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. at the Mason Town Hall, 7 Meeting House Hill Road, Mason, NH for the purpose of designating a part of Scripps Lane an “emergency lane” pursuant to RSA 231:59-a and to hear public comment relative thereto. The portion of Scripps Lane considered for designation is from the Mason Quarry Parking Area to the turnoff to the Mason Quarry Access Road. A map with the proposed designated portion of Scripps Lane is available at the Selectmen’s Office, 16 Darling Hill Road, or at www.masonnh.us.
