NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is given in accordance with RSA 675:7 that the Town of Mason Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing(s) on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mason Elementary School located at 13 Darling Hill, Mason, NH to consider the following:
MAS PB 2026-02: An application by Judith H. Anderson, Trustee of the Anderson Revocable Trust/owner, proposing a lot line adjustment between existing Tax Map L Lots 56 (39.02 acres) and 57 (64.93 acres), located at the intersection of Townsend and Morse Road. The proposed lot line adjustment will add 24.02 acres from lot 56 to Lot 57. Zoning District: GRAF.
If the Board deems an application complete, a public hearing may immediately follow. The public hearing will be continued to a date certain until an application is approved or disapproved. This serves as notice for any continuation of the public hearing to a date certain. The Planning Board meets on the last Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM.
A copy of the application(s) listed above is available for public review at the Selectmen’s Office during regular business hours. You may submit comments in person or in writing. Anyone needing assistance to attend this meeting should contact the Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the scheduled date.
