NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is given in accordance with RSA 675:6 and RSA 675:7 that the Town of Mason Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing(s) on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mason Elementary School located at 13 Darling Hill, Mason, NH to consider the following:
A public hearing to review and comment on the proposed amendments to Article XX: Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance of the Mason Planning Ordinance to update definitions, permit detached accessory dwelling units, and remove the Special Exception and license to rent procedural requirements. The proposed amendments will be voted on at the 2025 Town Meeting.
A copy of the regulations and application listed above are available for public review at the Selectmen’s Office during regular business hours. You may submit comments in person or in writing. Any person with a disability who wishes to attend this public meeting and who needs to be provided with reasonable accommodation, please contact the Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the meeting so arrangements can be made.
