Public Notice of Application Review and Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 that the following application(s) will be reviewed for completeness by the Planning Board on June 28, 2023, at the Mason Elementary School located at 13 Darling Hill Road:
- 7:10 P.M. MAS 23-03: An application by Marty’s Driving Range, LLC for site plan approval to permit short-term rental camping accommodations (tent, yurt, or teepee) on Map J Lot 56.
If the Board deems an application as complete, a public hearing may immediately follow. The public hearing will be continued to a date certain until an application is approved or disapproved. This serves as notice for any continuation of the public hearing to a date certain. The Planning Board meets the last Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM.
A copy of the application(s) listed above is available for public review at the Selectmen’s Office during regular business hours. You may submit comments in person or in writing. Any person with a disability who wishes to attend this public meeting and who needs to be provided with reasonable accommodation, please contact the Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the meeting so arrangements can be made. Issuance of a decision shall be in accordance with RSA 676:3.
- Notice is given in accordance with RSA 675:6 and RSA 675:7 that the Town of Mason Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing(s) on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 in the Mason Elementary School located at 13 Darling Hill, Mason, NH to consider the following:
A public hearing to review and comment on the proposed amendments to the Mason Subdivision Regulations. The proposed amendments will be considered by the board for adoption.
A public hearing to review the proposed amendments to the Mason Site Plan Review Regulations. The proposed amendments will be considered by the board for adoption.
A public hearing to review the proposed land use boards fee schedule. The proposed fee schedule will be considered by the board for adoption.
A copy of the Mason Subdivision Regulations and Site Plan Review Regulations are available for review at the Selectmen’s Office, in the Mann House, 16 Darling Hill, during regular business hours.
