NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is given in accordance with RSA 675:6 and RSA 675:7 that the Town of Mason Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 7:15 p.m. in the Town Hall at 7 Darling Hill, Mason, NH to consider the following:

A public hearing to review and comment on the proposed amendments to the Mason Planning Ordinance Article XVI: Wetlands Conservation District Ordinance.  The proposed amendments will be submitted as a warrant to be considered on the 2022 Town Meeting ballot.

A copy of the proposed amendments to the Mason Planning Ordinance Article XVI: Wetlands Conservation District Ordinance is available for review at the Selectmen’s Office, in the Mann House, 16 Darling Hill, during regular business hours.

Masks are required for attendance. Social distancing (6') will be observed.
