NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is given in accordance with RSA 231:158.II that the Town of Mason Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 29th, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall at 7 Darling Hill, Mason, NH to consider the following:

A public hearing to discuss the trimming and removal of trees on Jackson Road for maintenance purposes per the request of Eversource through the Mason Road Agent.  Jackson Road is approximately 1.13 miles long and was designated as a scenic road in 1992 by vote at the Town Meeting in 1992.

You may submit comments in person or in writing. Any person with a disability who wishes to attend this public meeting and who needs to be provided with reasonable accommodation, please contact the Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the meeting so arrangements can be made.

Masks are required for attendance. Social distancing (6') will be observed.
