~ Scavenger Hunt
The Mason Public Library and the Mason Historical Society invite you to a “Library Historical Scavenger Hunt”. We are celebrating Mason, New Hampshire's rich history and the 250th Anniversary of our Country.
We have 14 locations of historical interest set out and about Mason. Each location includes a short description of the historic significance and a stamp to use on the “passbook” available at the entryway of the Library. Also available at the Library are the clues for locating the historic locations in order of difficulty. As well as, maps of the “Town of Mason”, the “Rail Trail”, new “Happy Trails" and the “Mason Quarry”.
We would like to thank the Conservation Commission and the Trail Committee for their efforts in making the beautiful trails around Mason.
